We believe that every learner deserves the best tools to learn joyfully. Therefore, each product goes through quality checks first by our trusted third-party printers and then by us. However, slight printing defects or alignment variations can occasionally slip through. 

If you find any aspect of the printing less than satisfactory, we want to make it right! Please reach out to us at hello@haneylearners.com with photos of the parts that do not meet your standards. We will do our best to arrange an exchange for you.
